We want you to love every sip of your Bones Coffee experience, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact our support crew within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Verify your order number and inspect your coffee or merchandise for any signs of damage or errors in the shipment.

    Contact Support

    Send an email to our customer service team with your order details and a photo of any damaged items to initiate a claim.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization or confirm your eligibility for a credit or replacement.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will ship out your fresh replacement bag or issue a credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
